Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our brand and limited drops, the following are final sale:

  • Limited edition releases
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only, based on availability.

If your size is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email
    us at return@anointedelevation.com
  2. Include your:
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will take care of it immediately.
