A: Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and changes are no longer guaranteed.

A: After processing, delivery typically takes:

USPS Standard: 3–7 business days
USPS Priority: 2–4 business days

Q: What is the total delivery time?

A: Estimated total delivery time is 11–20 business days.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Yes, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Q: What is a pre-order?

A: Pre-orders allow you to secure limited pieces before production is complete.

Q: Do pre-orders take longer?

A: Yes, pre-orders may have extended production timelines. Estimated timeframes will always be listed on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We offer size exchanges (based on availability). If unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Q: Are any items non-returnable?

A: Yes. Limited drops, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
