3. What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you’re reserving your product before it’s officially released. This allows us to minimize waste and deliver a custom experience made just for you.

4. When will I receive my pre-order?

Pre-orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks after the order window closes. We’ll keep you updated via email every step of the way!

5. Can I cancel a pre-order?

All pre-orders are final sale. However, if you need help with your order, contact us at support@anointedelevation.com.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on all pre-orders. It will appear at checkout under the name:

“Elevation Express (Free)”

7. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We are currently only shipping within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand!

8. What’s your return policy?

All items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We got you. Email us at support@anointedelevation.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name and email used to order

  • Clear pictures of the item(s) showing the issue (e.g., defect, wrong item, wrong size)

We will:

  • Replace the item or issue a refund

  • Cover all return shipping

10. What kind of products do you have?

We produce tees, hoodies, joggers, and hats — premium streetwear that’s built to last and elevate your style. We also have accessories. 

11. How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a sizing chart to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend sizing up for an oversized/streetwear look.

12. Can I change my shipping address?

If your item hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Please email us immediately with your order number and correct address.

13. I never received my order. What should I do?

First, check your tracking email. If it shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, wait 24 hours and then email us. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve it.
