At Anointed Elevation Apparel, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of our products within the United States.


1. Shipping Destinations

  • United States Only: We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • No International Shipping: We do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.
  • No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if significant delays occur.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days): Delivered via USPS or UPS Ground.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


7. Delivery Issues

a. Failed Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make multiple attempts to deliver a package. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

b. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and carrier information.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
